Håkon leads the tech team developing SundayBox and SundayOS. He is responsible for the technology strategy across software and batteries, and for making sure the technology actually works. He enjoys diving into complex topics like battery optimisation and frequency markets and making them accessible to others — and is particularly proud of the developer team he has built.

Håkon was a finalist in the "Tech Head" of the Year category at E24 Ledertalentene 2025, served as tech lead at Cognite when it became Norway's first unicorn, and was AI Lead at Accenture Norway. He holds a master's degree in cybernetics from NTNU.
