What I enjoy about working at Sunday Power is that I and my colleagues contribute to the electrification of society, here and now, roof by roof. I create technology to realize our motto “efficient, simple and profitable” and I can work with everything from UX to our users to creating IoT systems that stand out in facilities. This breadth of different tasks and our get-things-to-act mentality I find incredibly fun

We're building something big

At Sunday Power you will find a team of engineers, developers and advisers with cutting-edge expertise in solar energy, technology and finance. We are driving the solar energy market in the nordics forward — and developing solutions that did not exist yesterday. Here everyone's effort counts, and everyone is an important cog in the team. We're going to have a diverse team because we know it brings better results. That's why we want more women. Not to fill a number, but because different perspectives give us better solutions.

Sköna folk

In the office, there is high under the ceiling and room for disagreement. We discuss the best solutions, and we do it with humor and energy. It's nice to work with us and hos us. We are simply “sköna folk,” as the Swedes in the team put it. We are also a team with a strong cohesion. Twice a year we go to a strategy seminar to discuss the future, celebrate our victories and perhaps most importantly - have fun together.

A Tuesday with us

If you open the door with us on a Tuesday, you'll meet people who are launching a new feature in SundayOS, presenting a case for a customer, and a team handling a double-digit number of ongoing solar projects. The path from idea to action is short, and we are often in the flow zone. The mastery comes when we solve problems together.

Trusting each other

We are building for the future and we are here to stay. We give full throttle towards our targets, knowing we will smash a few eggs on the way. That's why we don't blame anyone who makes mistakes. Instead, we love our #yolomoments. We have high confidence in each other, use the mistakes as learning and celebrate both big and small victories. It keeps both the pace and the mood up.
